Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (German Fluency).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts in the EMEA region
- Reach out to prospects through various channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and maintain CRM updates
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- 2+ years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales; experience in ERP or FinTech is a bonus
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs and targets
- Self-motivated with a strong collaborative spirit
