Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Outbound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate sales-ready qualified leads and set appointments
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects and setting appointments for the sales team
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects while leveraging CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in Software/SaaS Business Development or related experience
- Understanding of the IT industry with experience in prospecting to IT decision makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Strong desire to stay updated on technology trends and best practices
