Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Outbound.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate sales-ready qualified leads and set appointments
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects and setting appointments for the sales team
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects while leveraging CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in Software/SaaS Business Development or related experience
  • Understanding of the IT industry with experience in prospecting to IT decision makers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong desire to stay updated on technology trends and best practices
