Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Outbound.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Respond to inbound inquiries to qualify prospects and generate sales-ready leads
- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Software/SaaS Business Development or related experience
- Understanding of the IT industry with experience in prospecting to IT decision makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Strong desire to stay updated on technology trends and best practices
