Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Outbound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Respond to inbound inquiries to qualify prospects and generate sales-ready leads
  • Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Software/SaaS Business Development or related experience
  • Understanding of the IT industry with experience in prospecting to IT decision makers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Strong desire to stay updated on technology trends and best practices
