Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with key stakeholders
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled conversations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing; exposure to SaaS or technology solutions preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field
- Familiarity with healthcare markets and concepts such as member engagement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets
