Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative-MedSpa to connect with business owners and managers in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executive to develop outreach and engagement strategies
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
• Maintain outreach metrics and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
• Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
