Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (ANZ) to generate new customer relationships and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed account dossiers for priority accounts
- Monitor trigger events and competitor activity across relevant sectors
- Generate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach and manage CRM records
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a technical field
- Experience in a customer-facing role involving SaaS or complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise and government account structures in Australia and/or New Zealand
- Demonstrated ability to research and qualify accounts through intelligence-led engagement
- Understanding of qualification frameworks and structured sales development processes
