Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (ANZ) to generate new customer relationships and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed account dossiers for priority accounts
  • Monitor trigger events and competitor activity across relevant sectors
  • Generate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach and manage CRM records
Required Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a technical field
  • Experience in a customer-facing role involving SaaS or complex technical solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise and government account structures in Australia and/or New Zealand
  • Demonstrated ability to research and qualify accounts through intelligence-led engagement
  • Understanding of qualification frameworks and structured sales development processes
