Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth through pipeline creation and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through networking and outbound communications, achieving 80+ dials per day
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify target accounts for prospecting and secure qualified discovery meetings
  • Track sales activities in CRM and analyze outreach strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Intermediate experience in pipeline management and meeting bookings
  • Experience in inside sales or a sales-facing role, preferably in SaaS and CX
  • Basic familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
