Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth through pipeline creation and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through networking and outbound communications, achieving 80+ dials per day
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify target accounts for prospecting and secure qualified discovery meetings
- Track sales activities in CRM and analyze outreach strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Intermediate experience in pipeline management and meeting bookings
- Experience in inside sales or a sales-facing role, preferably in SaaS and CX
- Basic familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
