Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Member Outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams
  • Clearly communicate the value of the service, including cost savings and convenience
  • Convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments and document outreach activity
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar high-volume outbound role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to guide conversations
  • Highly organized and reliable in managing follow-up and documenting activity
  • Motivated by performance goals and continuous improvement
