Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a growth path to Account Executive (AE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline through daily outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Research and identify target accounts and appropriate contacts within those accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings and demos for Account Executives


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, recruiting, or other quota-driven role
  • Experience using a CRM and sales tools, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills in a remote environment
  • Comfort with high volume outbound activity and professional follow-up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and LinkedIn
