Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate high-quality leads and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to engage with ideal-fit accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads using a qualification-based sales methodology for effective handoff to Account Executives
  • Personalize outreach at scale and craft messaging aligned with vertical pain points across various industries
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics and KPI tracking
  • Bonus: Experience in a startup environment or mentoring peers
