Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities for test and measurement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads
- Engage with customers to understand their calibration needs and educate them on relevant products and services
- Maintain records of activities in Salesforce and support sales follow-up efforts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or customer-facing roles
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with 5+ years of related experience acceptable
- Experience in calibration, metrology, or technical sales is preferred
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as aerospace or medical is beneficial
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms
