Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to facilitate the early stages of sales cycles and assist with new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Meet or exceed Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant sales experience in lead generation
  • Demonstrated experience of selling within the sales cycle
  • Experience identifying business needs through information-gathering
  • Comfortable speaking with decision makers via various mediums
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
