Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by engaging prospective advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls and emails to identify and engage potential advertisers
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and ensure they meet criteria before passing to senior sales representatives
  • Maintain CRM records and track personal performance against activity and pipeline goals
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comfortable making cold calls and managing high activity levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inside sales or SDR roles is preferred
