Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative in the MedSpa space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to strategize outreach and engagement
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on inbound inquiries
- Maintain performance metrics, including making 250+ calls per week and achieving lead generation targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
- Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
