Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify leads through prospecting and outreach to book high-intent meetings
- Manage a large pipeline of leads using SalesLoft and Salesforce
- Meet or exceed performance goals while participating in training and collaborating with peers
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
- Ability to execute a high volume of touchpoints, including up to 100 calls per day
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is highly preferred
- Self-motivated individual contributor with a competitive mentality
- Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
