Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and qualify leads through prospecting and outreach to book high-intent meetings
  • Manage a large pipeline of leads using SalesLoft and Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed performance goals while participating in training and collaborating with peers
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
  • Ability to execute a high volume of touchpoints, including up to 100 calls per day
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated individual contributor with a competitive mentality
  • Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
