Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - US.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a consistent flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Execute 50+ high-quality, research-backed touches per day (Email, LinkedIn, Phone, etc.)
- Conduct initial discovery calls before handing off to BDM
- Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM (Salesforce) by logging activities and leads appropriately
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Cybersecurity sector
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other automation tools for outbound engagement
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a high-growth environment
- Integrity in the Trenches: prioritize the client's actual security over a meeting quota
- Radical Ownership: own your pipeline and find creative ways to re-engage stalled leads
