Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects using MEDDPICC and set meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and meet activity metrics for calls and meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of SDR or outbound sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience with high call volumes and comfort using the phone as a primary tool
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and intelligence tools
  • Self-directed with a strong interest in understanding business challenges
