Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects using MEDDPICC and set meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and meet activity metrics for calls and meetings
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of SDR or outbound sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with high call volumes and comfort using the phone as a primary tool
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for pipeline management
- Familiarity with sales engagement and intelligence tools
- Self-directed with a strong interest in understanding business challenges
