Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new sales opportunities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach
  • Identify key stakeholders in small and mid-sized companies and schedule discovery calls and product demos
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM and collaborate with the Account Executive team to build a strong pipeline
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with outbound sales tools is a plus
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
