Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative in the salon/spa space.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Executive to strategize outreach and engagement
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
• Maintain performance metrics, including making over 250 calls per week

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
• Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
