Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target prospects within pharmaceutical and biotech companies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to ensure high-quality handoffs to sales teams
- Conduct personalized outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and analyze outreach performance
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in SaaS and life sciences
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking leads and managing pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
