Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to qualify public safety agencies
• Research and prospect new agencies to generate pipeline within assigned territories
• Engage inbound leads and coordinate timely handoffs to Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Sales Development or inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven history of meeting activity-based quotas
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
