Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts and engage with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to target accounts, including ENR Top 400 general contractors
- Engage stakeholders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations
- Collaborate with Account Executives and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach
Required Qualifications
- Passion, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales
- Proficiency or ability to learn Salesforce, Outreach, and prospecting tools
- Self-directed and organized, suitable for a remote work environment
- Interest in the construction industry and its processes
