Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads using the BANT Methodology and manage live sales support communications
- Conduct scripted outbound sales activities and collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience
- Answer basic customer inquiries and track high-priority customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a business development or sales support role
- Solid computer skills, including experience with Salesforce.com
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to handle and prioritize high-volume activities independently
- Positive and energetic phone presence
