Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads using the BANT Methodology and manage live sales support communications
  • Conduct scripted outbound sales activities and collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and track high-priority customer issues


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in a business development or sales support role
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with Salesforce.com
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to handle and prioritize high-volume activities independently
  • Positive and energetic phone presence
