Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel pipeline growth and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Partner closely with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build and qualify pipeline
  • Meet expectations for qualified meetings that result in opportunity creation to support sales pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound prospecting, or a related sales role
  • A strong drive to build a career in sales, demonstrated through persistence and determination
  • The ability to confidently engage prospects through cold calling and objection handling
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
