Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel pipeline growth and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach methods
  • Collaborate with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build and qualify the sales pipeline
  • Meet activity KPIs and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or related role
  • Strong drive to build a career in sales with persistence and determination
  • Ability to engage prospects through cold calling and objection handling
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple outreach sequences
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
