Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel pipeline growth and create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach methods
- Collaborate with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build and qualify the sales pipeline
- Meet activity KPIs and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or related role
- Strong drive to build a career in sales with persistence and determination
- Ability to engage prospects through cold calling and objection handling
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple outreach sequences
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
