Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels to engage potential clients
- Handle inbound leads by qualifying demo requests and routing opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to marketing campaigns to enhance top-of-funnel efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cold calling and a strong comfort level with it
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- A fast-learner mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
- A positive and enthusiastic presence in interactions
- Prior sales development experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is a plus
