Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their US Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and create new qualified leads for Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts
  • Manage inbound leads and outbound call campaigns to qualify buying interest and identify decision-makers
  • Coordinate with Sales counterparts to research key accounts and understand organizational structures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional sales experience
  • Experience in sales development or related roles in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record in cold calling, deal qualification, and achieving sales goals
  • Experience in a software start-up or competitive software sales environment preferred
