Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospecting through multi-channel outreach including cold calls and emails
- Qualify leads and set meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and optimize outreach strategies based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales, preferably in EdTech SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with technical buyers
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Highly motivated and eager to grow into a closing role
