Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted prospecting through multi-channel outreach including cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and optimize outreach strategies based on insights
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales, preferably in EdTech SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with technical buyers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Highly motivated and eager to grow into a closing role
