Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline by identifying and engaging HR and benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners
  • Navigate complex buying groups and engage multiple stakeholders to create aligned opportunities
  • Execute outbound outreach across various channels to drive meetings and new opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
