Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline by identifying and engaging HR and benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners
- Navigate complex buying groups and engage multiple stakeholders to create aligned opportunities
- Execute outbound outreach across various channels to drive meetings and new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
