Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth by generating qualified leads and setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop outreach and engagement strategies
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and inbound lead conversion
- Maintain performance metrics, including a high volume of outreach calls and lead generation targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
- Familiarity with the wellness industry, particularly salon/spa/MedSpa operations
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
