Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research prospective insurance brokers, agents, and MGAs within target markets
  • Manage inbound leads and collaborate with Account Executives to progress them into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, insurance, or fintech
  • Interest in the insurance and insurtech sector
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads and conversations
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
