Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

Sales Development Representative, responsible for outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline opportunities in a full-time remote role, supporting growth across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers across various sectors
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through multiple engagement channels
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to prioritize outreach efforts and provide feedback on campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or similar outbound prospecting role, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Native-level Japanese language skills and professional fluency in English
• Based in Japan or Singapore with effective regional coverage
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
