Job Summary
Sales Development Representative, a full-time role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects to support the sales team and achieve monthly quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads while initiating contact with prospective customers
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns including cold calling and email outreach
- Achieve monthly quotas for sales accepted and sales qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Interest in sales or 0-6 months of sales development representative experience
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and KPIs
- Driven individual with a focus on success
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present product benefits
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
