Job Summary

Sales Development Representative, a full-time role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects to support the sales team and achieve monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads while initiating contact with prospective customers
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns including cold calling and email outreach
  • Achieve monthly quotas for sales accepted and sales qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Interest in sales or 0-6 months of sales development representative experience
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and KPIs
  • Driven individual with a focus on success
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present product benefits
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
