Job Summary
Sales Development Representative, a full-time salaried position responsible for initiating outbound and inbound communication with prospects, coordinating sales support activities, and maintaining contacts with current and potential accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach
- Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and source potential leads
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, and/or account support
- Familiarity with technology B2B sales
- Understanding of software as a service (SaaS) sales and consulting engagements
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
