Job Summary

Sales Development Representative, this full-time position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to educate prospective customers about solar energy products and services while qualifying leads and managing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate prospective customers about the benefits of solar electricity and qualify eligibility based on their roof material
  • Handle objections with integrity and confirm customer understanding of solar benefits and sales agreements
  • Manage inquiries via email and online chat, including re-engagement with prospects for future contact
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficient with email, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
