Job Summary
Sales Development Representative, this full-time position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to educate prospective customers about solar energy products and services while qualifying leads and managing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate prospective customers about the benefits of solar electricity and qualify eligibility based on their roof material
- Handle objections with integrity and confirm customer understanding of solar benefits and sales agreements
- Manage inquiries via email and online chat, including re-engagement with prospects for future contact
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficient with email, Google Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
