Job Summary
Sales Development Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting methods
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings between prospects and Business Development Representatives
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and meet monthly KPIs for meetings and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
