Job Summary

Sales Development Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting methods
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings between prospects and Business Development Representatives
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and meet monthly KPIs for meetings and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
