Job Summary
Sales Development Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and setting meetings with employers and health plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Build relationships with decision-makers and set meetings with employers, health plans, consultants, and brokers
- Conduct research to identify new target accounts and market needs
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales development
- Understanding of the healthcare decision-making process involving payers, employers, and providers
- Ability to navigate C-level interactions and the consultant and broker communities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is a plus
