Job Summary

Sales Development Representative, a full-time position responsible for generating outbound pipeline for Account Executives by engaging healthcare practices and driving qualified opportunities through high-volume prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound pipeline generation across phone, email, and sequencing platforms
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality prospecting daily and qualify leads against defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM and partner with Account Executives to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • Strong comfort with high-volume outbound activity
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain intensity
  • High level of personal accountability and coachability
  • Organized and disciplined with time and follow-up
  • Preferred: Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience; experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
