Job Summary
As part of a growing team, the full-time Sales Development Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for new inbound client relationships in a new vertical, utilizing various outreach methods to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline in a hybrid work environment based in NYC.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects in a new vertical
- Utilize email, phone, and creative channels for outbound client outreach
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs
Required qualifications
- 0-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
- Experience with cold calling, particularly targeting SMBs
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new sales concepts
- Ability to adapt quickly in ambiguous situations with limited resources
- Familiarity with standard sales tools and a desire to implement new tools
