Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative, the candidate will engage with marina operators to identify opportunities for value delivery, manage outbound calls, and support account executives with discovery information in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct 80+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking interactions and managing the sales pipeline
  • Develop and document value propositions to effectively route customers to products
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume cold calling, achieving 80+ calls per day
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM, and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales results and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills for managing daily tasks
  • Experience in the marina or automotive industry is a plus
