Job Summary
To drive pipeline growth, the full-time Sales Development Representative will identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers for pre-clinical and translational research services while working remotely and collaborating with Inside Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities within assigned territories and respond to inbound leads
- Support outbound prospecting efforts and build targeted contact lists using various tools
- Assist with lead capture and follow-up for major scientific conferences and execute marketing campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to learn scientific concepts and articulate value propositions clearly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
