Job Summary
Highly motivated and competitive, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will create qualified sales conversations for Account Executives by prospecting real estate teams, responding to inbound leads, and conducting targeted outreach through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect into real estate teams to identify strong fits for the platform
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert interest into qualified sales meetings
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activities and manage a large pipeline of leads
Required qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, real estate, or sales-related roles is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong motivation and competitiveness driven by goals
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and consistent follow-ups
- Organizational skills to manage pipeline and follow-up processes effectively
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection and challenges
