Job Summary

To support early-stage customer engagement, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting, re-engage inactive customers, and generate qualified opportunities for the Inside Sales team.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to new leads and re-engage dormant customers
  • Generate qualified opportunities and support promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and structured outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
