Job Summary
To support early-stage customer engagement, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting, re-engage inactive customers, and generate qualified opportunities for the Inside Sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to new leads and re-engage dormant customers
- Generate qualified opportunities and support promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and structured outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
