Job Summary
As a founding Sales Development Representative in Europe, the full-time remote role will focus on launching and scaling outbound sales efforts, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, and collaborating with Account Executives to generate meetings and define sales strategies for new markets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting primarily through cold calling, making 100 calls per day to book meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for building the sales pipeline and driving business growth
- Utilize prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and professional sales goals
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language (preferably German, Spanish, or French)
- Strong cold calling skills and a proactive approach to outreach
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding client needs
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to share insights and strategies
