Job Summary
To support the expansion in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with an Account Executive to drive pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with the Account Executive to align on outreach and engagement strategies
- Generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through proactive outreach
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, achieving targets for lead generation and scheduled meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of B2B or sales experience preferred
- Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills and a results-oriented mindset
