Job Summary

Driven and ambitious, the full-time Sales Development Representative will manage outbound prospecting efforts to generate high-quality meetings with accounting firms and tax professionals, while qualifying inbound leads and collaborating closely with Account Executives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a qualified pipeline for the AE team through outbound prospecting via phone and email
  • Run effective outbound outreach, showcasing creativity and sales instincts
  • Qualify inbound leads to understand fit and route opportunities to the appropriate AEs
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong sales and prospecting instincts with the ability to identify suitable accounts and messaging
  • Growth mindset and high ownership, with comfort in handling the volume and rejection of outbound sales
  • Organized and disciplined approach to managing pipeline and CRM hygiene
