Job Summary
Driving strategic outbound prospecting with a hunter mentality, the full-time Sales Development Representative will proactively execute ABM campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts, leveraging AI-powered tools to generate high-quality pipeline while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts
- Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain a high volume of quality activity, including 80+ calls per day, while achieving strong performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in an outbound prospecting role
- Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies
- Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to leverage AI and modern sales technology
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and SDR Task management tool experience (Outreach.io preferred)
