Job Summary
Proactively driving strategic outbound prospecting, the full-time Sales Development Representative will execute targeted ABM campaigns and leverage AI-powered tools to generate high-quality pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
- Book qualified meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives while maintaining high activity levels
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in an outbound prospecting role
- Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies
- Strong motivation and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with AI and modern sales technology, along with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
