Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will manage outbound prospecting efforts, leverage AI tools for personalized outreach, and qualify inbound leads to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct signal-based prospecting to identify high-value accounts and trigger events using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MediaRadar
- Utilize AI-enabled outreach methods to automate research and personalize messaging across multiple channels
- Lead structured discovery calls to assess and qualify inbound leads based on BANT criteria
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role within Media, SaaS, or AdTech sectors
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MediaRadar
- Proficiency in using AI tools for sales automation and prompt engineering
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different personas
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
