Job Summary

To drive new business opportunities, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries, collaborating with Account Executives to secure qualified demos and meet monthly goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect targeted accounts through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and build high-quality prospect lists
  • Track activities and results in Salesforce, utilizing tools like Salesloft and Gong to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by achieving goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
