Job Summary
To drive new business opportunities, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries, collaborating with Account Executives to secure qualified demos and meet monthly goals.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect targeted accounts through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and build high-quality prospect lists
- Track activities and results in Salesforce, utilizing tools like Salesloft and Gong to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences
- Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by achieving goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
